3 rounds box jump burpees (4 stations)

Shoulder Mobility

Squat therapy

STRENGTH:  5 x 5 OHS work up to a heavy last set

WOD:
15 EMOM (Limiter will be OHS weight) 1 complex comprised of:

1 Thruster
1 Back Squat
1 OHS
