WOD:  4 Rounds
400m Run
50 Air Squats

Rx2:  box squats or not full depth on squat or 1/2 rep scheme

Cash out:
Tabata yoga cooldown
alternate sides each round
Bhekasana

Spend 2 minutes legs up on the wall

Strength:  3 x 5 Push Press

WOD:
Same wod, mod 25 to air squats
