1) 10 MIN EMOM Rope Climb x 1
2) 10 MIN EMOM 2 Ring Pull ups (ring to chest) - Modification is 5 ring rows/1 HSPU (box or wall, no stacking plates but abmat is allowed)
3) Tabata Air Squats
4) 3 Rounds max L-Sit (parallettes)
