Hip Mobility (Leg swings, wall stretch, band stretch)
Shoulder Mobility

Workout:
3 Rounds:
12 Box jump overs (is timer)
Tire Flips jump in and out every flip
Parallette L Sits
Parallette Pass Thru's with dip & push up
