1 t & b shuttle run (rig to redline)

Rx3:  dumbbell push press

SILVERS:

Pull up negatives 1 x 5
Low bar pull ups 3 x 3

WOD:
7 MIN AMRAP
5 Push Press
1 t & b shuttle run

Push press can be done with barbell or dumbbells
