Walking Lunge, 60 ft
Backward Walking Lunge, 60 ft
10 Toes-to-bars
15 Hollow Rocks

Rx2:  Knees to elbows/armpits, bent knees in Hollow rock
Rx3:  Knees up, bent knees in hollow rock
