3 x 3 knee to squat jump no dowel
3 x 3 knee to squat jump w/dowel
3 x 3 wall walks
Burgener
Hip mobility

15 mins open gym

Wod: "Grace"
30 reps Clean & Jerk (135/95)
Beginners: med ball cleans
