Warm Up:
Glassman Warm Up
3 x 20 DU's - Every DU missed is a burpee
If you cannot string together your DU's yet, you will do 3 x 50 singles, same penalty
Hip Mobility
Shoulder Mobility

15 Mins open gym

Toes must touch the bar between the arms
Workout:
7 Rounds
10 weighted box step ups (55/45)
5 toes to bar
10 double unders
