6 Rounds:
Squats 80/64/48/32/16/8
KB Swings 40/32/25/16/8
Pull Ups 20/16/12/8/4/2
First number in the rep scheme is round 1, second number is round 2 etc. So round 1 is 80 squats/40 kb swings/20 Pull ups, Round 2 is 64 squats/32 kb swings/16 pull ups etc.
