4 x 4 @ 70/75/80/85%
Front Squat
4 x 5 @60/65/70/70%

3 x 2 Pull/Muscle/Dynamic snatch with bar

WOD:
3 Rounds 1:30 EMOM
Every 1:30, complete one hang power snatch and 8 overhead squats @65% of OHS 1RM weight
