Warm Up:
Mitch's warm up - Full (negatives for pull ups)
Superman hold 3 seconds each rep
3 x 5 Strict Pull-ups - Rest 2 mins between each set
3 x 5 Negative ring dips - Rest 3 mins between each set
This is what we were working up to last week. If you are new to the movement and cannot do the strict roll up, you will do 3 sets of the roll up toes to ring (first portion of the movement)
Skin the Cat 3 x 3 - Rest 3 mins between each set
25 Wall Walks (nose and toes) REST 15 secs between each rep
Pistols 4 x 20 ( Alternating) - Rest 2 mins between each set
Cash Out: Tabata sit ups
