Warm UP:
Hinshaw
Mobility:  Pec smash, lat smash, trap smash

WORK:

10 RFT
10 Push UPs
100 m Sprint

Rx2:  10 Burpees or 5 push ups
Rx3: 1/2 rep scheme of either burpees or push ups

*NOTE*
this is a higher volume of push ups, so if you have NOT been attending regularly and getting in your push / pull work, you will scale.

cool down:  calf/glute rollout
