Squat Therapy

Mobility:  Posterior Chain

STRENGTH:  6 x 4 Back Squats (heavy, work up to 70-80% for last two sets)

WOD:  8 MIN AMRAP

4 Power Cleans (70-80%)
6 KB Swings (35/55)
8 TTB

Rest 2 mins then:
10 MIN EMOM of 4 t & b shuttle runs
