Anticipation has been building for the annual Frostfit Games competition being held this Saturday, January 19th at Crossfit Winnipeg. But this year's competition is especially exciting for us because we will have three of our very own competing in this event. Best of luck to Mel, John, and Chris (and Lynn!) who we know will represent us well. If you have some time, please plan on coming down to cheer our competitors on.
