Front Squat

WOD:

10 x 100m farmer walks or barbell walk (back rack position)
rest as long as you walk between

35/55 Rx Farmer walk
70/110 lb Rx Barbell walk

SILVERS:
Warm Up: JMSU
Strength:  5 x 5 Back Squats
WOD:  Same as regular class, less weight
