Warm Up:
Coach Glassman Warm UP (on the warm up board)
Skill Work: Kipping for any movement (Handstand Push Ups, Dips, Push Ups, TTB)
Workout:
5 Rounds:
30 Sit Ups
20 Box Jumps
10 Pistol Squats (total)
5 V Ups
