10 KB Swings
5 Pull Ups
10 Wall Squats

Hip and shoulder mobility

Sled pulls on the menu today
Team Workout (teams of 3):
(Sled is timer)
4 Rounds:
Sled pull one blvd length, low handle sled push back
Hang Cleans (45/65)
Sit Ups/V ups (alternate rounds)
