Warm up:
2 rounds:
Run 400m
20 air squats
Team WOD:
Each team has to complete the following:
Relay carry one kettlebell ( weight tbd by coach) 100m x 8
Then 100 box step ups same kettlebell
Then 100 kb swings
Then 100 sit ups
Finish with 1000m row (team)
