WOD:
In partners or teams of four, you will do the following:
Row a total of 5,000 m for partners, 10,000 m for teams
One person works at a time, the partner who has just rowed will rest one minute, everyone else will be doing alternating plank holds and sit ups while their partner/teammate is on the rower.
